Following the increased demand for half size wine bottles, we have worked on a project that aims to overcome the skepticism that both winemakers and consumers have towards these types of bottle formats.
Winemakers typically do not love 375ml formats because of the different way the wine develops and evolves in the glass.
Consumers, on the other hand, are very picky when it comes to choosing a half bottle they perceive it as limiting compared to the pleasure of consuming a whole bottle. In addition, most half bottles do not show possess an attractive packaging reducing their consumer appeal further.
For all of the above reasons we decided to develop the Luiano half bottle as a Design Object, in order to enhance the attractiveness of the bottle itself and the wine that it contains. We customized the bottle shape so that we could reproduce as much as possible the same micro-environment that is found in a regular bottle. In this way, wine lovers are able to enjoy not only the singular packaging of the bottle but also the wine it contains.
Our best wines from the best vintages are also available in larger sizes, allowing you to take advantage of advanced refining capabilities and an exclusive and elegant packaging.
