Light Lunch Tasting (from 12am to 2.30 pm)
Wines tasting with a starter, a second course and a dessert.
The wines: 4 wines tasting (5cl cad) between the different types of Chianti Classico and IGT, presented by a person from Luiano’s team and served on our famous talking placemat. Obviously on the terrace overlooking the vineyards.
The food: it starts with an appetizer, our savory pastry (savory cannoli with ricotta and dry tomatoes, bignè with tuscan paté and wine icing, our mini-croissant filled with sausage and stracchino), followed by a house dish of pasta prepared according the menu of the day. As finish, our home made chocolate “tenerina” dessert.
The visit: it starts with a walk through the production sites, with fun interludes like our swing over the vineyards, and ends with curiosity and information told inside the ancient 14th century cellars built in the foundations of the Luiano villa.
