ASSAI
Assai is a dialectal adjective very commonly used in southern Italy, in particular in Naples where our Grandfather was born. It means truly and generously, so we decided to name many of our products after this term as a remark of the fact that all we do comes from the deep of our dedication to our job.

BALSAMICO DRESSING
Our most recent addition to the range, a tribute to our gluttony! Some of the must made from our newly pressed grapes is processed by masters vinegar-makers to be reduced and then blended with vinegar for a unique dressing.
GRAPPA
From our grapes skins and very first run juice residuals we obtained a very authentic old school Grappa in cooperation with a partner local distillery.
